Rachel Bloch has been a Nutrition Educator at MARESA since November of 2013. She is currently the Program Lead for PE-Nut U.P. She is originally from Gladstone and now resides in Marquette. She has a B.S. in Community Health Education from NMU and a Master's degree in Public Health from Western Michigan University. In her free time you can find her mountain biking, skiing, reading a book, and enjoying Lake Superior. She has a passion for the outdoors and clean eating!
Michelle Granger has been a Nutrition Educator at MARESA since January of 2016. She has a B.S. from NMU in Secondary Education with a double major in Health and History. She is happily married with two children. She loves living in Marquette and enjoys going on adventures with her family. Lake Superior sunsets are one of her favorite things. She enjoys hiking, swimming, snowshoeing, watching her kid's sporting activities, reading, Disney World, and the Packers.
Haley Mahr has been a Nutrition Educator at MARESA since October of 2017. She
was born and raised in Pulaski, Wisconsin. She graduated from NMU with a B.S. in
Community Health Education. After graduation she served as an AmeriCorps Farm
to School member. Haley is passionate about local food systems and nutrition
education. She loves living in the Upper Peninsula. In her free time she enjoys trail
running, cooking, spending time along Lake Superior and making memories with
family and friends. Mushrooms are one of her favorite foods. She makes a mean
portabella pizza!
